Refund Policy: Sponsorship payments are non-refundable. Refund requests for exhibitor booths will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the timing of the cancellation and event circumstances. 

The Bastrop County Health Fair is an initiative of the Bastrop Regional Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of the initiative is to:

• Familiarize our community with the health-related agencies in our county. 
• To promote preventative health care, encourage exercise, and suggest good nutrition. 
• To educate the public on healthy living and share basic life-saving information through mini workshops.
